11:00- 12:00             Dave Wardall:  Former CALFIRE Air Ops Maintenance Officer and Aeronautical Engineer for Lockheed will present a plan for an Accident Investigation “GO TEAM” with “interested party “ status and discuss what the selection criterion should be for new airtankers

12:00- 13:30             LUNCH

13:30- 15:30             Mr. George Petterson, retired NTSB accident investigator, will give an in depth presentation on “inflight breakup”, how the rigors of Airtanker operations affect airframes. Accident investigation.

15:40- 16:30             Mr. Coulson: Contractor operated C130 Program.

16:40-1700               Major Jim Bagnard USMC,(ret) presentation on BE 200 and P3 airtankers.  International Emergency Services
